I discovered my love for art as a kid—that passion led me to study design. With over 10 years of experience as a product designer and 3 years as a Design Manager, my superpower is my ability to be able to understand the entire product ecosystem while zooming in on design details that truly matter.
As a design leader, I thrive on creating and working in collaborative cross-functional environments, where creativity and teamwork drive success.
Approach to design
I start by building the big picture--it might be fuzzy at first, but it helps me explore ideas and focus on solutions that lead to real impact. I’m naturally curious and enjoy connecting ideas that make a real impact on business and the users. I believe the details matter because the sum is only as strong as its parts.
I believe in learning by doing; when faced with something unfamiliar, I stay adaptable and curious with the mindset “I don’t know this, but I’ll figure it out”.
Approach to life
My close ones say I have a sharp eye for detail, and honestly, they’re right - it shows in whatever I do at work, and beyond!I love classic film typography, visiting museums, and practicing various crafts. I like to immerse myself in all the good things—and hope some of that goodness impacts my work.

Product Design Manager
I lead a horizontal product design team of 4 designers, across three Trust-building product areas to enhance profile authenticity, reduce abuse, and protect LinkedIn professionals at scale. My work involves actively partnering with multiple flagship app teams like Profile, Pages, and Feed to ensure a cohesive and trustworthy user experience. I also collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership, playing a key role in shaping the product vision and roadmap.
To scale my team’s impact, I also host weekly trust office hours to provide consultation to design teams across LinkedIn’s product ecosystem. I have also orchestrated the establishment and operationalizing of principles and playbook enabling designers to make LinkedIn the most trusted social media platform.

Senior Product Designer
I joined a small design team of the largest ride-sharing app in India, designing 0-1 product design experiences for cab-booking flow, payments and premium offerings for India’s largest ride-share app, impacting over 20M monthly users.
In my final months, I also contributed to an app redesign strategy, and several of my concepts were launched after I left the company.
